What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once the subscription is canceled, you will not be charged next month. You will continue to have access to your account until your current subscription expires.

Do you offer any discounts?

Can I switch my plan later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

What if I decide to cancel my subscription in the middle of the month?

If you cancel your subscription in the middle of the month, you'll have access till the end of the current monthly period and won't be charged again.

Is there any trial period?

Yes, we offer a free trial period for you to try out and see if our platform fits your needs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. For yearly subscriptions, we can also issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or check.

How do I get a receipt for my subscription?

Private GPT4 allows you to have confidential and secure AI conversations with a general AI knowledge base. GPT4 with your own data allows you to have generative AI chats with your own data. This provides more accurate responses for many use cases including internal research, working on new content, HR reasons, legal document writing, etc.

How do you keep my data secure?

We take data security very seriously. We're fortunate to enjoy weekly security scans from the Department of Homeland Security. We also have real time dependency scans and other security features to keep bad actors out.
